STEP 4 – TOPICAL USES

As stated before, this blend is specifically for topical use only. So, what are a few of the ways to use it topically?

Many enjoy the benefits of simply applying one or two drops of the SOOTHING BLEND to areas where you may be experiencing discomfort, tension, stress, or even the occasional achiness.

Even though there are such powerful Essential Oils in this blend, combining it with other Essential Oils can bring deep relief to discomforts that are of a chronic nature. Below are some great recipes for supporting these issues.

MUSCLE AND JOINT SUPPORT ROLLER RECIPE

• 10 drops SOOTHING BLEND

• 5 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

• 4 drops Marjoram Essential Oil

• 3 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil

Combine in a 10 ml roller bottle, fill remainder of roller with carrier oil of choice, replace roller and lid. Roll in hand to combine. Apply topically to area of concern.
